Telegraphs. 1869-78 India 2a to 8a, 1r Die II, 2r8a Die I, 5r, 10r Die I and 50r, eight values, used upper halves, each with clear part strike of later COLOMBO ds (large thin letters). 5r and 10r toned with slight faults, otherwise well above average, the 8a and 1r sharing a large part strike on piece. A good group, this type with LARGE thin letters apparently less often used. (cat £84+)
