To upgrade to the GSM Archive please follow these steps.
In My Account, please end your subscription to GSMOL (this will stop it charging you on your renewal date)
Any remaining subscription value will be refunded (see below)
Visit the product page and purchase the new GSM Online & Archive subscription.
Once you have completed your purchase return to GSM Online and log in using your existing credentials.
To arrange your refund, please contact the Customer Service team at support@stanleygibbons.com or 01425 472363 and we will send you a gift voucher equal to the value of any remaining subscription you had left on GSMOL.
(This will be calculated in whole months)
Eg; If you have 6 whole months left on your GSMOL subscription. We will issue a gift voucher worth £16.23 (£32.45 / 12 x 6)
