1895 (30 Nov) "2½" on 1a6p sepia, type 1 opt on India with type 2 surcharge in red, ERROR "Zanzidar" (with small second "z" and inverted "p" for "d") from Setting 1, R8/5, centrally cancelled by "REG" cds dated "15 DE 95". Thinned NE corner perf, still fine appearance and actually above average for this rarity. Only about a dozen used examples recorded. Ex Griffith-Jones, Phillips 16/4/1998 lot 1275, and CRL 9/3/1994 lot 2298, with BPA (2018) and RPS (1971) certs, the older as former SG 119b. (cat £1300).
