Official. 1929-31 "Set 7" (= 1932 issue) 2s6d green and brown, recess ptg, SG type O2 opt with 18mm spacing and distinctive thinner lettering, two right marginal blocks of four, matching from R9-10/5-6 of the setting with V2 "Dropped OFFICIAL" on right pairs, respectively from left pane (perf margin) and right pane (imperf margin), fresh o.g. (lower pairs unmounted). The latter block with a short perf but intact corner margins. An excellent pair of proving blocks, much scarcer than the 1931 "Set 6" printing. Ex Matheson.
