1899 (Feb 23) Keyplate (Die II) colour trial in bluish green and rosine, inscribed 'IMPERIUM / 2c' (coloured numeral), imperforate on unwmkd wove, brilliant o.g. (affixed at upper left corner to small piece). From the colour scheme submitted for the Seychelles on 23 February 1899 in connexion with the new 6c, 75c, 1r50 and 2r25 values.
