1920 (Sep) type F1 FORGERIES of the 1914-41 "Sacred Cows", five different values, comprising 2½a in bistre-yellow, 3a in cinnamon, tablets as type "A", and 4a apple-green, 12a deep dull green and 1r reddish lilac, tablets as type "C", "unused". Couple of trivial blemishes, still fine for these. A scarce and interesting group. [The type F1 forgeries are known to have been distributed as new issues, supplied by the Bundi post office, apparently through the action of dishonest officials. See Benns pp. 44-47.]
