1942 (9 JLY) cover from Kyonpyaw to Maubin, franked at correct 1a rate by 1942 (May) KGVI 3p bright violet and 9p yellow-green, type 2 Peacocks of Myaungmya, tied by KYONPYAW cds, with very fine arrival backstamp (17 JLY 42). From Lim Peng Hong, and probably a philatelic usage, but a fine and rare cover. RPS cert (1994) perversely states "not correct postal rate".
