1906 (1 Oct) 4c on 12c black and yellow, type 3 surcharge on Labuan, lower half-sheet of 50 (10x5) with full margins showing Waterlow imprint below R10/5-6, and including the prominent "OLON" re-entry at R8/10, unmounted o.g. (except one stamp hinged and another thinned). Fractionally toned with minor spotting on gum, still fine appearance with bright colour. A rare and interesting large multiple of this issue, which preserves the complete surcharge setting. Only 200 sheets printed.
