The telegraph stamps of Jammu and Kashmir have been rewritten, with several new stamps added to the listings, while there are a number of new varieties in India and Indian States.
The ‘NGR’ perfins of the Natal Government Railways have been added to the South African provinces.
Further work has been done to the Rhodesia ‘Admirals’, with shades added and others revised to conform with the Stanley Gibbons Colour Key. This will make identification much easier.
