During the lockdown in April this year, the team held their first timed auction which received bids from collectors around the world and overwhelmingly positive feedback."Confined to our homes once again (at least in the UK), you will enjoy browsing the auction for some items to fill those conspicuous gaps in your albums," Head of Auctions Tom Hazell said.

1880 1s orange-brown Plate 13, lettered HJ, large part o.g. A very collectable example of this scarce stamp and sought-after stamp.

1883 10s cobalt on blued paper lettered KA overprinted ‘SPECIMEN’, with full original gum, an exceptionally fresh example of this scarce better ‘shade’ of the 10s on blued paper.

1931 5s booklet edition no.1, a very fine example of this difficult booklet, far above average.

1922-37 15s grey and purple/blue, a very fine example of this difficult high value from the popular ‘Badges’ issue.
