We currently have two positions to fill. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join as Retail Manager of our flagship store based in the Strand in London. We are also looking for an additional member to join as a Retail Advisor.

 

RETAIL MANAGER

Responsible for the day to day management of the flagship London retail store.

To manage all sales staff within the store, ensuring that all company procedures and policies are followed.

To ensure full product availability of all album, catalogue and accessory products.

To maximise commercial performance and offer outstanding customer service.

You will be an excellent communicator, leading from the sales floor, interacting with colleagues and clients and resolving issues as they arise.

 

RETAIL ADVISOR

This role requires excellent customer service skills.

By establishing customer needs and recommending appropriate products to satisfy the customer’s requirement, through the use of appropriate questioning and listening skills.

You will be required to build your knowledge and understanding of all product offerings within the shop and wider Group.

You will have previous retail experience, be self- motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of philately is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Both positions require working Saturdays in rotation with the rest of the team, with a day off during the week
