This captivating unused 1884-55 is a stone complete sheet of 96 with full margins. It displays a variation in shade from pale to deep blue. 

British India stamps were first issued in 1854 and were an assortment of Anna Red, Anna Red and 4 Annas Blue – they were printed from lithographic stones at the Surveyor – General office in Calcutta.
