Stanley Gibbons’ My Collection is a revolutionary web-based tool developed by Stanley Gibbons to help you manage, view and value your collection online, giving you the ability to logically organise your stamps based upon the listings contained within the 2012 edition of the world-renowned Stanley Gibbons Stamps of the World catalogue.

With My Collection, you can:

Browse Stanley Gibbons' online catalogue library and catalogue your entire collection 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Add extra details to all of the stamps in your collection including a personal description, a purchase price, alternative catalogue number and more importantly, you can upload your own images of the stamps in your collection.

Organise your collection in to online albums. Replicate your albums online or create additional ones, such as thematic albums.

View and print your collection with images and full descriptions. You can view your collection in its entirety or by distinct countries (and sub categories) or albums.

Summarise your collection, highlighting the value of your collection, sections thereof and individual albums.

Create a definitive spreadsheet of your collection, which could be used for insurance and valuation purposes.

Please note:

Your subscription should be active within an hour after you have placed your order, available by logging into the Stanley Gibbons website.

The subscription does NOT involve the delivery of any physical items as the product is entirely web-based.

My Collection uses the database of our 6 volumes, Stamps of the World catalogues, which are simplified, condensed catalogues designed to give an overall view of the stamps issued by the whole world, and as such will only include the least valuable example of any item within a set of stamps. It does NOT cover specialist items such as variations, plate numbers, FDCs etc.

The online catalogue does not contain an image of every stamp, merely a collection of set images for the stamps in the set.

Finding individual stamps in the catalogue will require you knowing the country of origin and the year of issue or the SG number.

My Collection is intended to supplement, rather than to replace, our printed catalogues or those available via the Apple iStore.

All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail and delivery companies such as Parcelforce. Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days for items in stock with Express delivery options available. Maximum standard UK delivery cost £5.00 with most items £1.20 - £2.90. Free UK delivery on orders over £49.00.
