1986-88 Provisional 35s on 75s 'Hoopoe', '1981' imprint date, type 167 surcharge, lower left corner block of 4 with '1A' (x4) plate numbers, left pair showing variety 'small s' but italicized, and lower right stamp variety 'small s', unmounted o.g. Scarce positional multiple. [N.B. Only R9/1 and R10/1 of the sheets of 40 show the italic variation of the 'small s' variety'.]
