1942 (May) KGVI 1a purple-brown (offset-litho printing), type 5 Peacock of Henzada (state 3) in blue-black, an extraordinary block of 6 (3x2), THE LOWER ROW WITH TRIPLE OVERPRINT, fresh o.g. Upper right pair with faults, but the lower row fine, and unmounted. The printer appears to have been having problems with the ink, causing him to make three attempts on the lower row, two of which are poorly inked but complete, while the upper row shows variation from over-inked to under-inked.
