Some creases, and minor soiling at upper right, but overall fine and fresh. Very rare and remarkable as a double pane with misplaced surcharge, with even single examples of R3/1 (SG 79) and R10/6 (SG 78) being rare in this form. Neatly presented on exhibition page.
