1882 Great Britain ½d green (1880) and 1d lilac (1881) used together with very fine complete and part strikes of 'BRITISH ARMY POST OFFICE/EGYPT' type ZA1 cds, dated 'SP 27 82'. Trivial blemishes (½d with minor corner crease) but an attractive usage from the Tel-el-kebir campaign, the ½d green rare.
1882 Great Britain 1d lilac (1881), horizontal strip of 3 (the right stamp rejoined) with fine complete and large part strikes (overlapping) on left pair of 'BRITISH ARMY POST OFFICE/EGYPT' type ZA1 cds, dated 'SP 21 82'. Some creasing but fresh and attractive. A very scarce multiple usage, from the Tel-el-kebir campaign.
1882 Great Britain 2½d blue (1881), plate 22, tied to piece by fine complete strike of 'BRITISH ARMY POST OFFICE/EGYPT' type ZA1 cds, dated 'SP 1 (8)2'. Stamp with unobtrusive crease, still a premium example of this scarce usage, from the Tel-el-kebir campaign.
