Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 23 April 2008 that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company, Standard Life Investments Limited is interested in 2,277,250 ordinary shares in Stanley Gibbons, representing approximately 9.06 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 23 April 2008 that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company, Artemis Investment Management Limited is interested in 2,500,000 ordinary shares in Stanley Gibbons, representing approximately 9.95 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
