The Company was notified today that on 17 June 2006 Forum European Smallcaps GmbH had increased its holding in the Ordinary Shares of Stanley Gibbons to a total of 4,560,000 shares, which represents approximately 18.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was further informed on 19 June 2006 that on 14 June 2006 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited (MSSL) disposed of an interest in the Ordinary Shares of Stanley Gibbons that resulted in MSSL holding a total of 1,250,000 shares, representing approximately 4.98 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
