Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 20 November 2007 that Martin Bralsford, newly appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at an average price of £1.863p per share.

As a result of the purchase Mr. Bralsford now has a beneficial shareholding in Stanley Gibbons of 50,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.2 per cent of the issued ordinary share voting capital of the Company.
