Directors' Dealings and Holdings in Company

The Company announces that on 13 April 2006, Paul Fraser sold 1,000,000 Ordinary 1p shares at 155p each. This takes Mr Fraser's shareholding to 226,719 Ordinary shares, which represents 0.90 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was informed today that on 13 April 2006, Timothy Dunningham disposed of 1,000,000 Ordinary 1p shares at 155p each, reducing his holding to 669,550 shares, representing 2.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The shares were sold to satisfy institutional demand
